We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, you will be required to bear the shipping charges for sending the item back to us. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we won't be able to accept any items that are returned to us without prior authorization.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Replacements & Damages
If you would like to request a replacement, please email us at [email protected].
Damages will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Some level of shipping wear is expected and won't warrant replacement. Please inspect your order upon arrival and immediately contact us with an attached picture if there is a defect or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be advised that items that have been marked as delivered by USPS or any other postal carrier will not be eligible for replacement.
