I entered the wrong address. How do I change it?

If you have entered the wrong address please reach out to support immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped out.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

All items are custom-made upon ordering. Fulfillment can take 2-5 business days, not including shipping time, which is an additional 3-5 days. Thank you for your patience.
  • Fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 
  • Large orders may take longer to fulfill but should be no more than 5 days.

I received my order and it's incorrect/damaged. What do I do?

If you would like to request a replacement, please email us at [email protected].
Damages will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Some level of shipping wear is expected and won't warrant replacement. Items marked as delivered by USPS or other postal carrier will NOT be replaced.
